THE AGENCY NEWSLETTER.

Hello Fabulous Talent!

It's been a while since we updated you on some goings-on
at the Agency; we've got a few things to point out to make
the site better for everyone, and an exciting bit of news, or
two.  2010 has been truly amazing for the Agency so far!

How do we work?
For those of you still a little bit in the dark about how we work,
you should know that although you're submitting directly
for jobs through the site then pretty much waiting to see what
happens, we are dealing directly with the clients all day long,
helping them, suggesting people, and generally doing whatever
it takes to get our talent booked. We constantly submit you on
jobs ourselves and help clients find who they need, and every
day is for us is an exercise in creatively finding and booking
work. SO, the Agency means THREE ways for you to get the
gig:

- Submit yourself, we'll do everything we can to get you all

considered.
 - Make sure to submit! As soon as you can!

- Be found directly by the client when they search and find

your contact info.
 - Make sure that all your details (including DOB and phone
numbers) are in your profile

- Be submitted directly by the Agency, sometimes before the

casting goes up.
 - Check your e-mail!

Bottom line: We do everything we can to actively help you
get booked.

Bookings are flying in
We've been booking a lot of really great jobs not just from castings
posted onthe site, but also from clients searching through our
talent without posting their jobs, including commercials  (both union
and non), print jobs, videos, movies, t.v. shows, extra work, and
within the last 2 weeks our first theater jobs!
Like all agencies, we have zero control over how many union/
non-union jobs are out there , whether or not it's busy or quiet,
or whether the only jobs in any given week are for Armenian
jugglers with green mohawks who own a '68 VW. It is what it
is! Rest assured that we go after every kind of job out there,
then work really hard to make sure that the clients get what
they need and come back for more.

This months favorite
Someone who joined the site on a friday, was cast the
following monday, and was on a plane to Portugal that
wednesday! For a fat $6,500!

Speed / contact info
Lot's of the jobs have really fast turnarounds at the moment,
and having all your details at hand is really important to the
production companies and casting agents, so please make
sure that you phone number is in your profile (for clients only).
Also, MAKE SURE to check the site often/daily and submit

on jobs !

Your details / info
The biggest reason for why some of you aren't popping up as
often as you should on the site, is that many of you have not yet
entered your measurements, union status, skills, hair color, AGE,
and other details. WE CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH how very
important it is to make sure all this information is in your profile!
Log in TODAY and make sure all your 'general info,' and other
details are filled out. If you do not have any AGE in your profile,
and a client searches for talent between 2 years old and
150 years old, you WILL NOT come up at all!

SUBMISSIONS AND NOTES
When submitting, as always, please make sure that you really
fit all requirements, union status, etc before you confirm your
submission! Whenever any detailed information is requested
(skills, languages, etc), remember to LEAVE A NOTE (always
be brief and polite) detailing any relevant info. When the client
requests any specific info, a little note can make all the difference.

NEW VERSION OF OUR SITE COMING SOON!
Only months into the Agency's life, and we're already finalizing the
*NEW* version of our website to create a better, more powerful,
more effective, more high-tech home for you all! The new
version is going live in a month or so, but we're still gathering
any and all WISHES, INPUT, or SUGGESTIONS you may have
for our website. We're excited to be able to offer all of you an even
BETTER service and MORE features soon, stay tuned : )

Tell Your Friends!
As you may have heard, friends or family are encouraged to try us
for a free month: Simply enter the promotional code "freemonth" on
the payment page when applying for an account. Everyone who is
approved with this code will receive 30 days for FREE! Even if you
book work, we take zero commission!

Thanks so much for all your support, and for being part of the
Agency so far!   This is just the beginning!

thanks, and all our best,

Simon & Oliver
