It's EASTER. It's PASSOVER. It's QUIET !

As happens during all holidays, things quieten down in our business considerably; the number of castings and new projects dwindle while everyone takes a breath, sleeps in a bit, hooks up with family, and eats too much! Hopefully we'll all be able to enjoy some sunshine too ..

Things have been going really well at the agency, with our talent booking LOTS of jobs and casting directors giving us terrific feedback on everyone they've worked with, which is obviously great for ALL of us and means that positive word about how we work continues to spread.

Do yourself a favor this weekend and take the opportunity make sure that all of your contact information is up to date. We've switched up the clients side of our site to make your info. (phone / e-mail / resume) pop up right alongside your submissions, because many of the castings are time-sensitive and clients often need to reach you asap, so if you've resisted putting in your phone number.. do it! The easier it is for casting agents to reach you, the better your chances of booking the job.

One last thing:  We all know that acting, modeling, performing .. it's a crazy business! You're busy, your quiet. You're requested again and again, then nobody calls! So and so is working, why aren't I ? Let's be honest, it can drive you NUTS.  Trying to understand and over-think casting is like trying to understand why dogs turn round and round before they lie down! They just do (actually I know why dogs do that: it's because one good turn deserves anther)! Bottom line, you just have to keep your focus and stay in the game.

Anyhow, go eat some chocolate, or matzoh, or whatever. Have a great weekend!
