Top ten TO DO's at THE AGENCY
Posted on: 02/03/10
Share/Save/Bookmark

1. Remember that your avatar image is the first thing that clients will see. if it's not really possible to see what you look like, the possibility of them clicking further to see your comp- card /profile is greatly decreased, and your chances   of booking the job along with it. If your picture is horizontal, crop it /make it vertical; it will be bigger and easier to see !!

2. Print out a comp-card from the site, and take it with you when called for a     casting.

3. Fill out a voucher (which can be printed or downloaded from TALENT INFO)   after every job, and have the client sign it.

4. Only submit on jobs that you are right for.

5   Add new pictures as you get them, and update your resume.

6   Make sure that your privacy settings are set to allow clients access to your information; that's the main reason you're here!

7  Check the site every day. Castings can pop up at any time, and it's always a good idea to   submit as soon as possible, regardless of the job-date. Clients get antsy to start looking       through the submissions.

8.   Consider putting a phone number on your profile. Sometimes clients will need to reach     you immediately, and you don't want to miss out. Remember to set your privacy settings to 'clients and friends only'.

9.  If the way you look has changed significantly, and your pictures no longer represent you accurately, let any clients contacting you know immediately (hair, weight, grown an extra           foot, whatever).

10. Tell your friends! As our community of talent grows, so do the number of clients using  the agency. The two go hand in hand ..

      Good luck !!
