They represent kids from underserved communities so they shouln't look too polished, they are real. They look like your average kid with hope in their eyes, perhaps their past hasn't been all that but they want to move up and out. Confident, friendly. Driven. Hopeful but slightly discouraged, could benefit from the encouragement of older positive role models like coaches. Doesn't have to be an experienced actor, could be new, raw, and honest.
