Central American, athletic, female. Having lost her arm at age 7, CIELLA has learned to do everything from riding a bike to climbing trees with one arm. When violence erupts in her home country, she illegally crosses to Los Angeles, where she joins her sister to live at the estate of a rich Reagan-loving Beverly Hills housewife. After striking up an unlikely friendship, the housewife buys CIELLA a prosthetic arm (with the wrong complexion).
