You have moderate to severe eczema or asthma and have been prescribed DUPIXENT injections to help you. You're old enough to give yourself the injection but still a little intimidated by the idea of it, so your mom is there to help. Together, you will guide the viewer through the proper way to inject a dose of the drug. Looking for that typical teenage attitude with some empathy for the viewer who's following along with the injection process. No actual injection will be given - dummy needles will be used for close up shots. The mock injection will be given in the outer area of the upper arm. $850/day for 3.5 days. 1/2 day of rehearsal and 3 days of filming. Light dialogue, if any. Must Self Report. If under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian MUST be present at all times. MOM 45-55 / Female / Caucasian, Hispanic, Mixed Ethnicity Mediterranean, Caucasian, Hispanic, Mixed Ethnicity female. Olive skin, dark hair and dark eyes. Your daughter has been diagnosed with moderate to severe eczema or asthma and has been prescribed DUPIXENT injections to help her. She's old enough to give herself an injection, but is a little intimidated by it so your are happy to help her with it. In this assisted injection video, you'll be guiding our audience through the proper way to give an injection (to other moms/dads and adults out there). You're warm, welcoming, and motherly but also very informative and well versed in the injection process. No actual injection will be given - dummy needles will be used for close up shots. $1000/day for 3.5 days. 1/2 day of rehearsal and 3 days of filming. Light dialogue, if any. DAD 30-60 / Other, Female, Male / Caucasian, Hispanic, Mixed Ethnicity Hispanic, Mediterranean, Caucasian, Mixed Ethnicity male. - Olive skinned, dark hair and dark eyes. You have been diagnosed with moderate to severe eczema or asthma and have been prescribed DUPIXENT injections to help maintain. You've been giving yourself injections for a while now and are ready to share what you know with the audience who's learning for the first time. In this injection video you will show people the proper way to give yourself a dose. You're warm, welcoming, and also very informative and well versed in the injection process. No actual injection will be given - dummy needles will be used for close up shots. The mock injection will be given in the thigh. $1000/day for 3.5 days. 1/2 day of rehearsal and 3 days of filming.
